7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire.

By attaining the Resurrection and the Ascension Jesus literally became one with God, or His Mighty I AM Presence, thus He is like all Ascended Masters, higher in the spiritual Hierarchy than the angels of the lower worlds and their heavens. Also, by becoming one with God, He is a God.
