Jeremiah 1:4-5 Before I formed thee I knew thee

                                          Council in Heaven


'Then the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee.'

We all existed in the Pre-existence or Spirit Worlds before we were born.
