Exodus 15:11 The gods

'God Inviting Christ to Sit on the Throne at His Right Hand' Artist: Grebber Pieter de

'Who is like unto Thee, O LORD, among the gods?'

There are always two faces to God. The seen and the unseen. First there is the invisible Infinite face of God which is the Essence of All things on all the infinite number of Planes or Worlds. Then there is the visible or Individualized Presence of God. The invisible Infinite face of God is expressed in the Bible as; 'God is light.' (1 John 1:5) or 'God is love...No man hath seen God at any time...God dwelleth in us.' (1 John 4:8,12) On the other hand the visible face of God can be seen all around us in the Inner and outer worlds as St Paul teaches: "He be not far from every one of us: For in him we live, and move, and have our being." (Acts 17:27-28)

St Paul goes on to say: "We are the offspring of God." (Acts 17:29) Our individual I AM Presence is the Individualization of God thus we see there are in fact many gods including our Higher Selves who Jesus spoke of as our Father in Heaven or when He taught; "Ye are gods." (St John10:34) St Paul expressed this by teaching: "Though there be that are called gods, whether in heaven or in earth, (as there be gods many, and lords many,) But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things." (1 Corinthians 8:5-6) The Lords and Gods make up the spiritual Hierarchy of Masters on this earth and throughout All God's Universe. Jesus has His Divine place in this Hierarchy however there is always a Master, Lord, God or Great Cosmic Being such as the Sun, the Great Central Sun, the Galaxy, the Universe etc etc of a Higher Order. For example, according to Theosophy above the Chohan's Jesus and Saint Germain in the spiritual Hierarchy is Lord Maitreya as well as the Mahachohan and the Manu. Above them are the Lord Gautama Buddha and the 3 Pratyeka or Pachcheka Buddhas who belong to an evolution different from ours. Above the Lord Buddha is the Mighty King of the spiritual Hierarchy, one of the Lords of the Flame who came long ago from Venus. He is called by the Hindus Sanat Kumara, the last word being a title, meaning Prince or Ruler. He is of course, entirely distinct from the great Entity called the Spirit of the Earth, who uses our world as a physical body. He resides with His three Pupils [the 3 Pratyeka Buddhas] in an oasis in the Gobi desert called Shamballa...They require no nourishment, and remain unchanged through 1000s of years. (see 'The Masters and the Path' by C. W. Leadbeater p276A Diagram 6 & pp326-7)

Because we cannot see the Infinite Invisible God we need to focus on our I AM Presence as the potentially visible Individualized God Presence in order to actually become One with God. As we rise up this ladder of Unity we become Masters of great Divine Power and Authority. In his book 'The Nine Freedoms' (p150) George King teaches: "Man upon Earth thinks that he can worship an abstraction. He cannot do so. When he becomes more advanced he finds that he can only worship God through Its manifestations. This secret of Evolution has been learned by Interplanetary man."
