John 4:10,14 Living water within

¹⁰Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. 14...Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. -John 4:10,14 Bible, King James Version

Flowing down from our I AM Presence and Higher Mental Body above us is a constant flow of life giving Light or Divine Love which enters the body thru our Crown chakra then flows down into the other chakras. This is similar to an underground stream within us which like a well we can tap into to enjoy it's living water. Most of mankind draw this life force out through their lower chakras below the Heart centre which leads to death and re-embodiment. On the other hand the Higher chakras draw one up to Heaven where we can gain everlasting life. 

John 3:27 Heaven is the Source of all life

John answered and said, A man can receive nothing, except it be given him from heaven. -John 3:27 Bible, King James Version

Heaven is the Source of all Life. Without God and Heaven nothing would exist in the lower Planes because these are constantly sustained by the Heavenly Higher Planes. In the same manner, our physical body would drop dead if it wasn't for the constant sustaining life force flowing into it from our Over Selves, or Higher Selves, which reside in Heaven.

John 3:21 He that doeth Truth cometh to the Light

²¹ But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. -John 3:21 Bible, King James Version

Those who follow the principles of Truth come into the Light of Heaven and will receive those who represent the Light of God. Jesus did not teach that Religion or Churches or even the scriptures would set you free. What He did teach was that the truth shall make you free. By following the Teachings of Jesus and the other Ascended Masters we can learn the Truths necessary to gain our freedom from the cycle of birth and death and become one of the Ascended Masters. The Beloved Master Jesus teaches us: "With all that We have done thru the ages, mankind is not yet Free, except as they use This Law of the "Beloved Mighty I AM Presence." So when you enter into this Understanding of the Cosmic Law of your own Life, try to realize that everything which has gone on before, and has helped you, is to be blessed and thanked for its service; but when you enter into the CONSCIOUS KNOWLEDGE of the "Beloved Mighty I AM Presence," you cannot keep all that has gone before and hold on to This too. You either enter in thru the Door of Light, which your "Beloved I AM Presence" is, and become ALL of Its Perfection; or if you hold on to the habits and conditions of the past, which have not set you Free, you won't go thru this Door of Light." Beloved Jesus explains what is the Truth which shall make us Free: "The Goal of your Victory is the Ascension... Because the Western world has not known it, does not alter the Truth, in the slightest. Today, the Truth is before mankind. You have all known the long worn out statement: "Know the Truth and the Truth shall make you Free." What is the Truth? It is the True Understanding of Life!... It is only the Whole Truth which will one day give you the Victory. The Whole Truth is within your own Life, your "Mighty I AM Presence."

The Beloved Mighty Cyclopia teaches regarding the Truth:"You see many people in some of the Religious channels of the World, have a Fragment of the Truth; but they do not understand the Cosmic Law enough, to show mankind the Application necessary, to set That Truth into Service for themselves and for the World. So, We have to come again, and again, and again." ('The Voice of the I AM' August 1948 p12)

Beloved Mighty Helios teaches us: "I trust I may elucidate one of those Magnificent Statements of the Mighty Master Jesus... When He said: "Know the Truth and the Truth shall set you Free," that Statement contains tremendous Wisdom, and few know what It means. Every little fragment of Truth which individuals have contemplated, they have imagined He meant by that Statement; but until they know This Truth concerning the Master Authority of the Fire Element thruout all Creation- they do not have the Way and Means of dissolving that which keeps them bound... John 3:19 Men loved darkness rather than light

In the Inner Worlds, God is spiritual Light and the deeds of those in the Light of God's Heaven are good. The absence of God and goodness is spiritual darkness and the deeds of those in the darkness of  hell are evil. It is the amount of inner Light which determines whether a spirit finds themselves in Heaven or hell.

We all basically have a Higher Self and a lower self. Our Higher Self is eternal therefore It already enjoys Eternal Life. On the other hand our lower self is not eternal therefore it continues to re-embody over and over again until it literally becomes one with our Higher Self.

⁶The higher self is human spirit clothed with soul, made in the form of God.
⁷The lower self, the carnal self, the body of desires, is a reflexion of the higher self, distorted by the murky ethers of the flesh.
⁸The lower self is an illusion, and will pass away; the higher self is God in man, and will not pass away.
⁹The higher self is the embodi­ment of truth; the lower self is truth reversed, and so is falsehood manifest.
¹⁰The higher self is justice, mercy, love and right; the lower self is what the higher self is not.
¹¹The lower self breeds hatred, slander, lewdness, murders, theft, and everything that harms; the higher self is mother of the virtues and the harmonies of life.

¹⁶Thrice blessed is the man who has made purity and love his very own; he has been ransomed from the perils of the lower self and is himself his higher self.

John 3:14-16 Whosoever believeth in Him

14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. -John 3:14-16 Bible, King James Version

Those who believe in, and follow, the Teachings of the Ascended Masters, including Beloved Jesus, shall not perish through re-embodiment but will attain Eternal Life via the Ascension.

No man or woman on this earth has ascended up into Heaven who did not come down from Heaven where we all dwelt in the pre-existence or Spirit World with the Master Jesus Who is our spirit or Soul Brother.
