John 21:20-24 Saint John did not die

                           Saint John the Evangelist and Beloved Disciple

²⁰ Then Peter, turning about, seeth the disciple whom Jesus loved following; which also leaned on his breast at supper, and said, Lord, which is he that betrayeth thee?²¹ Peter seeing him saith to Jesus, Lord, and what shall this man do? 22 

Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me. ²³ Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet Jesus said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? ²⁴ This is the disciple which testifieth of these things, and wrote these things: and we know that his testimony is true. John 21:22-24 (Bible, King James Version)

Jesus did not have to die. He could have simply Ascended up into Heaven without going through the death process. He suffered death to show mankind that death could be overcome if one knows the way. The original Divine Way to gain the Ascension was not to pass through so-called death. This is pointed out by Beloved Mighty Cylopea who I believe is one of the Seven Mighty Elohim: "Each of you should be a "Sun Presence" in your Being and world, to give the Light, the Life and the Love from the Heart Flame of your "Mighty I AM Presence," into outer physical conditions. That is your Duty to Life; and if you fulfill your duty you automatically gain the Ascension the Eternal Divine Way, the Ascended Masters' Way without passing through so-called death." The reality is that not all I AM Students will be able to complete the Ascension before they die therefore the Ascended Masters have granted a Great Dispensation to enable them to still attain the Ascension at the time of their so-called death. The Ascended Masters teach: "There will be certain ones among the I AM Students for whom at the time of passing, not otherwise being able to complete the Ascension in this embodiment, the Purified Essence of the Physical body will be drawn up into the Etheric body. In this way they will be permitted to make the Ascension. That Assistance or Gift of Love is the most Magnificent Thing ever offered to mankind by Life. This Assistance will make it possible for thousands and thousands in the world to be set Free from the earth forever, who would otherwise require another embodiment. In all the experiences of the Ages never has such a thing been permitted by Life."

 

John 20:31 The Christ

³¹ But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name. -John 20:31 (Bible, King James Version)

The word Christ is an official title which means, The Master of Love. When we say "Jesus, the Christ" we refer to the man and to his office.

CHAPTER 68.

¹The news soon spread abroad that Jesus, king of Israel, had come to Bethany, and all the people of the town came forth to greet the king.

²And Jesus, standing in the midst of them, exclaimed, Behold, indeed, the king has come, but Jesus is not king.

³The kingdom truly is at hand; but men can see it not with carnal eyes; they cannot see the king upon the throne.

⁴This is the kingdom of the soul; its throne is not an earthly throne; its king is not a man...

¹¹Men call me Christ, and God has recognized the name; but Christ is not a man. The Christ is univer­sal love, and Love is king.

¹²This Jesus is but man who has been fitted by temptations over­come, by trials multiform, to be the temple through which Christ can manifest to men.

¹³Then hear, you men of Israel, hear! Look not upon the flesh; it is not king. Look to the Christ within, who shall be formed in every one of you, as he is formed in me.

¹⁴When you have purified your hearts by faith, the king will enter in, and you will see his face.

¹⁵And then the people asked, What must we do that we may make our bodies fit abiding places for the king?

¹⁶And Jesus said, Whatever tends to purity in thought, and word, and deed will cleanse the temple of the flesh.

 

CHAPTER 79.

 John explains to the multitude the mis­sion of Jesus.

⁷I have performed the work that I was sent to do; the work of Jesus just begins.

⁸Then turning to the multi­tudes he said, Christ is the king of righteousness; Christ is the love of God; yea, he is God; one of the holy persons of the Triune God.

⁹Christ lives in every heart of purity.

¹⁰Now, Jesus who is preaching at the Jordan ford, has been sub­jected to the hardest tests of human life, and he has conquered all the ap­petites and passions of the carnal man.

¹¹And by the highest court of heaven, has been declared a man of such superior purity and holiness that he can demonstrate the pres­ence of the Christ on earth.

¹²Lo, love divine, which is the Christ, abides in him, and he is pat­tern for the race.

¹³And every man can see in him what every man will be when he has conquered all the passions of the selfish self.

¹⁴In water I have washed the bodies of the people who have turned from sin, symbolic of the cleansing of the soul;

¹⁵But Jesus bathes forever in the living waters of the Holy Breath.

¹⁶And Jesus comes to bring the savior of the world to men; Love is the savior of the world.

¹⁷And all who put their trust in Christ, and follow Jesus as a pat­tern and a guide, have everlasting life.

¹⁸But they who do not trust the Christ, and will not purify their hearts so that the Christ can dwell within, can never enter life.

CHAPTER 128.

¹⁶...Jesus told the twelve about the inner light that cannot fail;

¹⁷About the kingdom of the Christ within the soul...

CHAPTER 129.

⁶Where is your profit if you gain the world and lose your soul? What would you take in payment for your soul?

⁷If you would find the spirit life, the life of man in God, then you must walk a narrow way and enter through a narrow gate.

⁸The way is Christ, the gate is Christ, and you must come up by the way of Christ. No man comes unto God but by the Christ.

...[8] In John: Jesus said unto Peter, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, When thou wast a boy, thou girdedst thy loins, and walkedst whither thou wouldest; but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hand, and another shall gird thy loins, and lead thee whither thou wouldest not (John 21:18); he who does not know the internal sense of the Word, cannot know what these words involve. That they contain arcana [or secrets] is very evident. In the internal sense by "Peter" is signified the faith of the church (see the preface to Genesis 18 and 22, also n. 3750, 6000, 6073, 6344). Thus by "Peter when a boy" is signified the faith of the church such as it is in its beginning; and by "Peter when old," the faith of the church such as it is at its end. From this it is evident what is signified by the words, "when thou wast a boy, thou girdedst thy loins, and walkedst whither thou wouldest," namely, that the faith of the church in its beginning is the faith of truth from good, thus the faith of charity toward the neighbor and of love to the Lord, and that then the man of the church does good from freedom, because from the Lord; for "the loins" denote the goods of love (n. 3021, 3294, 4280, 4575, 5050-5062), consequently "to gird the loins" denotes to clothe good with truths; "walking" denotes living (n. 519, 1794, 8417, 8420); thus "walking whither one would" denotes living in freedom, for those live in freedom, or act from freedom, who are in faith from love to the Lord and charity toward the neighbor, because they are led by the Lord (n. 892, 905, 2870-2893, 6325, 9096). "When thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thy loins, and lead thee whither thou wouldest not," signifies that at the end of the church there will be no faith, and then falsities of evil from the loves of self and the world will take its place, and will reduce it to bondage. This is the secret which lies hidden in these words of the Lord, and which can be seen only from their internal sense. From this it is again evident in what manner the Lord spoke, namely, that in every detail there was an internal sense, to the intent that by means of the Word heaven might be conjoined with the world; for without the Word there is no conjunction, that is, without revealed Divine truth; and if there is no conjunction, the human race perishes.

John 20:19-29 Jesus proves He is Resurrected

¹⁹ Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.

²⁰ And when he had so said, he shewed unto them his hands and his side. Then were the disciples glad, when they saw the Lord.

²¹ Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.

²² And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and saith unto them, Receive ye the Holy Ghost:

²³ Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; and whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

²⁴ But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came.

²⁵ The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.

²⁶ And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you.

²⁷ Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.

²⁸ And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God.

²⁹ Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. John 20:19-29 (Bible, King James Version)

 

After Jesus raises His physical body from the dead He appears to His disciples. He then proves to them that He is not a spirit by allowing them to handle His Resurrected Body of flesh and bones. During the Resurrection, Jesus united His physical body with His Higher Mental Body. As a Resurrected Master Jesus was then able to raise or lower His Higher Mental Body up and down between the Higher Mental Plane and the Physical Plane.

Beloved Saint Germain teaches: "Even the Mighty Master Jesus and every Being who ever Ascended, could not go into that Higher Mental Body without being taught and seeing the use of the Violet Consuming Flame." (The Voice of the I AM 1947 August p20)

John 20:17 Resurrection process

¹⁷ Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God. John 20:17 Bible, King James Version

 

                                                                        Higher Self

 

Jesus had just attained the Resurrection from the dead which means He had become one literally with His Higher Mental Body which is the Body He appeared to Mary in. He had not yet raised His Resurrected Body up into Heaven in order to present Himself to His Father in Heaven or Mighty I AM Presence. Our Higher Mental Body is our first Higher Self or Overself which stands above us between our physical body and our I AM Presence.

 

Our Higher Self, Overself or Soul resides above us rather than within us as our individual spirit does. This Individualized Presence of God gives us Life via a stream of Light which flows down into our Crown Chakra at the top of our head. When this Holy Spirit descends into our physical body like a dove we become a  Godman or Master because we are now one with God.

CHAPTER 8.

Elihu’s lessons to Jesus' mother in Egypt

¹Again Elihu met his pupils in the sacred grove and said,
⁵There are two selfs; the higher and the lower self.
⁶The higher self is human spirit clothed with soul, made in the form of God.
⁷The lower self, the carnal self, the body of desires, is a reflexion of the higher self, distorted by the murky ethers of the flesh.
⁸The lower self is an illusion, and will pass away; the higher self is God in man, and will not pass away.
⁹The higher self is the embodi­ment of truth; the lower self is truth reversed, and so is falsehood manifest.
¹⁰The higher self is justice, mercy, love and right; the lower self is what the higher self is not.
¹¹The lower self breeds hatred, slander, lewdness, murders, theft, and everything that harms; the higher self is mother of the virtues and the harmonies of life.
¹²The lower self is rich in prom­ises, but poor in blessedness and peace; it offers pleasure, joy and sat­isfying gains; but gives unrest and misery and death.
¹³It gives men apples that are lovely to the eye and pleasant to the smell; their cores are full of bit­terness and gall.
¹⁴If you would ask me what to study I would say, yourselfs; and when you well had studied them, and then would ask me what to study next, I would reply, your­selfs.
¹⁵He who knows well his lower self, knows the illusions of the world, knows of the things that pass away; and he who knows his higher self, knows God; knows well the things that cannot pass away.
¹⁶Thrice blessed is the man who has made purity and love his very own; he has been ransomed from the perils of the lower self and is himself his higher self.

                                                                 Ascended Masters

                                                                

Jesus was one of the Master minds at this time. After His Resurrection from the dead He became a Resurrected Master and after His Ascension He became one of the Ascended Masters. Before Jesus' mission in Jerusalem He spent some time in the Himalayas in the city of Kapivastu where the priests of Buddha opened wide their temple doors for Him:

CHAPTER 32.

¹Among the Buddhist priests was one who saw a lofty wisdom in the words that Jesus spoke. It was Barata Arabo.

²Together Jesus and Barata read the Jewish Psalms and Proph­ets; read the Vedas, the Avesta and the wisdom of Guatama...

¹²And Jesus said, Enlightened Arabo, are you a master mind...

⁴⁰Barata was amazed; the wisdom of the Jewish sage was rev­elation unto him.

⁴¹Now, Vidyapati, wisest of the Indian sages, chief of temple Kapavistu, heard Barata speak to Jesus of the origin of man, and heard the answer of the Hebrew prophet, and he said,

⁴²You priests of Kapavistu, hear me speak: We stand today upon a crest of time. Six times ago a master soul was born who gave a glory light to man, and now a mas­ter sage stands here in temple Kap­avistu.

⁴³This Hebrew prophet is the rising star of wisdom, deified. He brings to us a knowledge of the se­cret things of God; and all the world will hear his words, will heed his words, and glorify his name.

⁴⁴You priests of temple Kap­avistu, stay! be still and listen when he speaks; he is the Living Oracle of God.

⁴⁵And all the priests gave thanks, and praised the Buddha of enlightenment.

John 20:14-16 TheResurrectedJesusAppearsToMary

The Resurrection and the Ascension are all about reuniting our lower selves with our Higher Selves. The Tibetan Eck Master Rebazar Tarzs, who is apparently over 500 years of age, teaches: The Lord Jesus was Resurrected... The star of Bethlehem was the signal to all people that a Savior had been born... Jesus showed the world that death could be overcome... When the Lord sent a Divine Son into the world, He did so to prove that man can overcome death also as Jesus did; and when the Divine Son goes through the process of death... the whole universe goes through the process of regeneration. Whatever a great Soul like Jesus does upon this earth affects mankind throughout the whole life of the earth... So I tell ye that AS LONG AS THERE IS A NECESSITY IN THY LIFE FOR BIRTH THERE WILL BE A NECESSITY FOR RESURRECTION. WHEN SOULS EVOLVE TO THIS POINT, THEY ARE FREE FROM THE WHEEL OF LIFE AND NO LONGER NEED TO INCARNATE UPON THE EARTH, and the necessity for either birth or death is done away with." ("Stranger by the River" by Paul Twitchell p125-128) In the book "Life & Teachings of the Masters of the Far East" by Baird T. Spalding (Vol. 2:100) the Master teaches: "The Goal of every life should be the Resurrection rather than the crucifixion."

                            Sant[Saint] Kabir

Another Master, apart from Jesus, who apparently Resurrected His physical body from the dead was Kabir. He was a 15th century religious leader who combined facets of the Muslim and Hindu religions. After His death in 1518, His followers were divided over whether to cremate His body, which Hindus favour but Muslims oppose. Kabir is said to have appeared to stop the controversy. When He directed them to draw back the cloth placed over His body, they found only flowers underneath. His Hindu followers burned half the flowers and the Muslims buried the other half. There is evidence of a growing set of legends that grew up among His followers. These include a miraculous birth, miracles performed during His life and appearances to His disciples after his death.

                                                                      Saint Germain

Jesus is the most well known Ascended Master in the Western world but there are many others including Saint Germain Who has built on the Spiritual Foundation Jesus established 2000 years ago. Thus thru the teachings of Saint Germain we now have the Fulness of the Gospel which includes exactly how these Masters were able to gain the Resurrection and the Ascension. Even the Saints of the churches, many of which have made the Ascension, had the understanding of the "I AM" privately or secretly and they had to know the Ascended Beings in order to reach the Ascension and become a Sainted Being. That is an Inner Law which none can break. In Jesus' day these Secret Teachings were only taught in the Retreats of the Ascended Masters which were difficult to access.  

In order for Jesus to appear to Mary after His Resurrection He had to shut off His Light. Regarding this Beloved Jesus teaches us in this day and age: "Do you know when an Ascended Master comes into the physical octave of Earth in the Visible Tangible Ascended Master Body... the Master always has to shut off His Light? Because He must govern His Feelings of Love, which at the Inner Level are allowed to flow without limitation. In Our Great Octaves of Light We know not what it is to ever have to shut off Our Love nor Our Light, but when We come into the physical octave We have to govern That. You could not stand the Full Pressure of My Love or My Light, were I to suddenly come into a room. If I were to come like that you would think a cyclone had struck you. The Light would be so Bright and the Pressure of that Energy so Great, most of you would just step out of the body for a few moments, until I could get you back in... That is why there has to come an Adjustment in both the quality of Energy We pour forth as We step into the Octave of the physical world; and there has to be an adjustment in your own atomic structure that is raised gradually just as high as is the part of wisdom to vibrate the atomic structure of your bodies to the point where you could see Us with the physical sight."
